Born in Baton Rouge, Louisiana to Don P. and Zola Lynn Miller.

1965

Graduates cum laude from Princeton University, receiving a Bachelor of Science with honors.

1968

Marries Leslie H. Miller.

1969

Serves as lieutenant in the U.S. Navy for four years.

1969

Receives a Doctor of Jurisprudence with honors from the University of Texas at Austin.

1969

Admitted to practice in the state of Texas and becomes an associate at Andrews Kurth Kenyon LLP.

1977

Becomes partner at Andrews Kurth Kenyon LLP.

1987

Becomes an alderman of the City of Bunker Hill Village.

1992

Serves as an author and speaker on “Issues of Corporate Fiducuary Liability and Litigation Management” at the Southwest Trust Conference in Austin, Texas.

1992

Begins work as an active mediator and arbitrator.

1993
