A Timeline of Professional Milestones 

1971

Receives an honorary Bachelor of Science from the University of Florida, and later studies postgraduate courses.

1971

Becomes an instructor in the Department of Physics at the University of Florida.

1974

Becomes a National Science Foundation research assistant at the University of Florida.

1977

Receives a Master of Science in physics from the University of Florida and joins the U.S. Army as a First Lieutenant.

1979

Becomes a project engineer of advanced surveillance concepts at the Rome Air Development Center and a captain in the U.S. Air Force.

1981

Is a field engineer of radar systems test and evaluation at the Rome Air Development Center and the Lincoln Laboratory at the MIT.

1982

Receives a diploma from the U.S. Air Force Air Command and Staff College.

1983

Becomes a radar data and imagery analyst with the 6585th Test Group at Holloman Air Force Base in Otero County, New Mexico.

1987

Becomes an electrical engineer specialist for the LTV Aircraft Products Group. He also becomes a captain in the U.S. Air Force Reserve.

1989

Becomes a major in the U.S. Air Force Reserve and becomes a Fellow Engineer at Westinghouse Electric Corporation in 1990.

1992

Becomes a member of the United States Air Force Systems Command at Joint Base Andrews in Prince George’s County, Maryland.

1992

Becomes an operations research analyst at Computer Systems Center Incorporated.

1994

Becomes a Lieutenant Colonel in the U.S. Air Force Reserve and a member of the U.S. Air Force Scientific Advisory Board.

1995

Earns a diploma from the US Naval War College, is an operations research analyst for the Office of the Assistant Secretary of the USAF.

1996

Earns a diploma from the USAF Air War College.

1996

Becomes an operations research analyst for the Joint Chiefs of Staff and the Office of the Assistant Secretary of the Air Force.

1999

Becomes an operations research analyst for the Army Digitization Office and for CACI International Inc. in 2000.

2002

Becomes a fellow of the Alpha Foundation’s Institute for Advanced Study.

2003

Becomes an operations research analyst of IT and enterprise solutions at Northrop Grumman Corporation.

2008

Becomes an operations research analyst 5 for JT3, LLC.
