Mr. Alfkin receives an associate degree from the College of the Redwoods in Eureka, California.
1986
Mr. Alfkin becomes certified in computer aided drafting (AUTOCAD) at the College of the Redwoods.
1990
Mr. Alfkin becomes an intern in the Nonpoint Source Unit of the California Water Resources Control Board.
