Dr. Sagini receives a Diploma in social sciences from the University of Cambridge.

1979

Dr. Sagini receives a Bachelor of Education in history, education, and religion from Northern Caribbean University in Mandeville, Jamaica.

1982

Dr. Sagini receives a Master of Arts in education leadership and history from Andrews University in Berrien Springs, Michigan.

1987

Dr. Sagini receives a Doctor of Philosophy in college and university administration with a social science perspective from Michigan State University.

1989

Dr. Sagini becomes an assistant professor of social science at Lansing Community College.

1991

Dr. Sagini becomes a research scientist and assistant professor of social science at Langston University in Oklahoma.

1994

Dr. Sagini becomes an adjunct professor at The University of Oklahoma.

1996

Dr. Sagini authors “The African and the African American University: A Historical & Sociological Analysis.”

1997

Dr. Sagini studies postdoctoral courses in public policy (political science) from Oklahoma State University.

2001

Dr. Sagini authors “Organizational Behavior: The Challenges of the New Millennium.”

2005

Dr. Sagini serves as a visiting scholar at the University of Michigan.

Dr. Sagini authors “Strategic Planning & Management in Public Organizations: Behavior in Organizations.”

Dr. Sagini completes his dissertation, “Comparative Perceptions of Four Colleges in Michigan,” at the University of Michigan.

Dr. Sagini is appointed to President Barack Obama’s “Kitchen Cabinet” during his first presidential term.

Dr. Sagini is named Teacher of the Year by the Oklahoma Political Science Association.
