1966

Ms. Minks receives a Bachelor of Science from Sam Houston State University in Huntsville, Texas.

Ms. Minks becomes a secondary educator for Bryan Public Schools in Texas.

1972

Ms. Minks becomes a secondary educator at Arden Cahill Academy in New Orleans, Louisiana.

1975

Ms. Minks serves as president of the Louisiana chapter of the National Sudden Infant Death Syndrome Foundation.

1976

Ms. Minks co-authors “G.P.A. Healy.”

1981

Ms. Minks joins the board of directors of the Ronald McDonald House in New Orleans, Louisiana.
