1949

Ms. O’Brien immigrates to the United States.

Ms. O’Brien becomes a naturalized U.S. citizen.

Ms. O’Brien receives a Bachelor of Arts from Rutgers, The University of New Jersey.

1976

Ms. O’Brien receives a Master of Business Administration from Rutgers, The University of New Jersey.

1977

Ms. O’Brien becomes a program administrator and manpower controller for Defense Communications Division ITT in Nutley, New Jersey.

1978

Ms. O’Brien becomes manager of cost and schedule control at Defense Communication Division ITT.

1979

Ms. O’Brien authors “Pace: System Manual.”

1980

Ms. O’Brien becomes a project manager for Avionics Division ITT.

1981

Ms. O’Brien is promoted to senior project manager at Avionics Division ITT.

1982

Ms. O’Brien authors “Voices.”
