Dr. Scheiber receives a Bachelor of Arts from Columbia College.

Dr. Scheiber receives a Doctor of Medicine from the State University of New York at Buffalo.

1964

Dr. Scheiber begins a medical internship at Mary Fletcher Hospital in Burlington, Vermont.

1965

Dr. Scheiber serves as a surgeon for the U.S. Public Health Service.

1965

Dr. Scheiber marries Mary Ann Scheiber.

1967

Dr. Scheiber begins a residency in psychiatry at Strong Memorial Hospital in Rochester, New York.
