Dr. Hawke is born in Pasadena, California to George Herbert and Mildred Estelle Hawke.
1969
Dr. Hawke receives a Bachelor of Art from the University of Arizona.
1973
Dr. Hawke earns a Doctor of Dental Surgery from Baylor University and marries Emily Sue Wilkins.
1976
Dr. Hawke becomes an associate at B.J. Barber in Tucson, Arizona.
1978
Dr. Hawke becomes a partner with Barber-Hawke, Professional Corporation.
1983
Dr. Hawke serves his first term as president of the Tucson Business Alliance.
1985
Dr. Hawke serves on the board of directors and as president of Delta Dental of Arizona in Phoenix, Arizona.
1987
Dr. Hawke establishes a private practice, serves as president of the Southern Arizona Dental Society, and joins the Community Auto Immune Deficiency Syndrome Advisory Council.
1988
Dr. Hawke joins the Auto Immune Deficiency Syndrome Education Project.
1989
Dr. Hawke receives the Pierre Faushad Award.
1992
Dr. Hawke serves as chairman of the council on budget planning, and as president-elect of the Arizona State Dental Association.

Dr. Hawke serves as chairman of the political action committee of the American Dental Association.

Dr. Hawke receives the Service Award from the Arizona State Dental Association.

Dr. Hawke serves as the Southern Arizona Chairman of Give Kids a Smile Day.
