1941

Mr. Taylor is born in Tifton, Georgia to Albert Lee and Josephine Taylor.

1959

Mr. Taylor serves in the ROTC.

1963

Mr. Taylor receives a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the Virginia Military Institute.

1963

Mr. Taylor is commissioned as a second lieutenant in the U.S. Army.

1968

Mr. Taylor advances through the grades to captain and becomes an engineering officer at Holloman Air Force Base in New Mexico.

1977

Mr. Taylor receives a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from the Air Force Institute of Technology.

1977

Mr. Taylor serves as an engineering officer in the Avionics Laboratory of the U.S. Air Force at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base in Ohio.

1978

Mr. Taylor advances through the grades to lieutenant colonel.

1981

Mr. Taylor serves as a staff engineer in the Electronic Systems Division of the U.S. Air Force at Hanscom Air Force Base in Massachusetts.

1988

Mr. Taylor receives the Outstanding Contributor Award from the Association of Unmanned Vehicle Systems.

1991

Mr. Taylor retires as a lieutenant colonel in the U.S. Air Force and becomes a consulting engineer and editor.

1995

Mr. Taylor serves as editor of “Introduction to Ultrawideband Radar Systems.”

2000

Mr. Taylor serves as editor of “Ultrawideband Radar Technology.”

2003

Mr. Taylor authors “Signal Chase.”

2012

Mr. Taylor serves as editor of “Ultrawideband Radar: Applications and Design.”
