Mr. Parth is born in Eichendorf, Germany to Frank and Erna Parth.

Mr. Parth immigrates to the United States.
1972
Mr. Parth receives a Bachelor of Science in physics from Creighton University.
1978
Mr. Parth receives a Master of Arts in physics from the University of Wyoming and becomes a design engineer for Texas Instruments Incorporated in Dallas, Texas.
1981
Mr. Parth becomes assistant technology director of Martin-Marietta Space Systems (now Lockheed Martin) in Long Beach, California.
1986
Mr. Parth receives a Master of Arts in systems management from The University of Southern California.
1993
Mr. Parth joins the faculty of The University of Southern California and is appointed president of the Orange County chapter of Mensa International Limited.
1994
Mr. Parth is appointed president of Intervolve in Mission Viejo, California.
1995
Mr. Parth becomes director of system engineering for Experian Information Solutions, Inc. in Orange, California.
1996
Mr. Parth joins the faculty of the University of California, Irvine.
1998
Mr. Parth receives the Speaker’s Award from PMI Orange County.
2000
Mr. Parth receives a Master of Business Administration from the Drucker Institute and becomes chief technology officer of e-commerce for Overstock Market.

Mr. Parth joins the faculty of Claremont Graduate University and receives the Service Award from Mensa International Limited.

Mr. Parth is appointed chief executive officer of Project Auditors LLC.
2003
Mr. Parth becomes president of Product Auditors LLC.
