1963

Mr. Snodgrass receives a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Arts from Grove City College in Pennsylvania.

1964

Lt. Snodgrass serves as an Air Force flight commander in the 6937th Communications Group stationed in Peshawar, Pakistan.

1965

Lt. Snodgrass serves as an Air Force flight commander in the 6910th Security Wing stationed in Darmstadt, Germany.

1968

Capt. Snodgrass graduates from Squadron Officer School in Alabama.

1968

Capt. Snodgrass becomes an Air Force special security officer for the Space & Missile Systems Organization at Los Angeles Air Force Base.

1971

Capt. Snodgrass receives a Master of Arts in Insurgent Warfare from the University of Texas at Austin.

1972

Capt. Snodgrass is appointed Officer in Charge of the Airborne Radio Direction Finding Center at the U.S. Military Assistance Command in Saigon, Vietnam.

1973

Maj. Snodgrass serves as an Air Force special operations instructor at the U.S. Air Force Special Operations School at Hurlburt Field Air Force Base in Florida.

1976

Maj. Snodgrass becomes a Panama Canal treaty plans officer at the U.S. Southern Command in Quarry Heights.

1980

Lt. Col. Snodgrass becomes an Air Force research associate at the Center for International Studies of the University of Miami in Coral Gables, Florida.

1981

Lt. Col.  Mr. Snodgrass is appointed Chief of Command Plans for the Republic of Korea-U.S. Combined Forces Command in Seoul, South Korea.
