Re-enters active duty and serves as a military police officer.

Marries his wife, Mary; Provides security for the transfer of ownership of the Panama Canal to the Republic of Panama.
1984
Is a physical security inspector of military assets for the six New England states.
1985
Is assigned to Pusan, Korea, for security and protection of all local military ports and bases, and for safeguarding military equipment.
1986
Assigned to JTF Bravo at Palmerola Air Base, Honduras, for security purposes during the Salvadoran Civil War. Is injured in a bomb explosion in Comayagua.
1988
Assigned to Ft. Clayton, Panama, as local MP. Involved in the peaceful recovery of school buses captured by the Panamanian military.
1989
Involved in Bright Star 90, a multi-military exercise in Egypt.
1990
Serves in Germany as an MP for the 2nd AD (Fwd); Serves in Saudi Arabia as MP Platoon Sgt. for 2nd AD, 3rd Brigade Infantry.
1991
Establishes Brigade Enemy POW Camp. Holds over 620 POWS with only 20 MPs. No life support from higher echelons.
1991
Is presented with the Bronze Star for actions during Operation Desert Storm.
1993
Retires from U.S. Army Reserve after 21 years of service.
1994
Retires from active duty after 22 years, having received numerous medals for valor and completed a great deal of military coursework.
1996
Serves as custodial officer and shift supervisor for the U.S. Immigration Customers Enforcement (ICE) until 2007.
2007
Is compliance chief for ICE until 2018.
2018
Commences his retirement.
