Professor Fusaro is born in Brooklyn, New York to Angelo and Ida Fusaro.

1944

Professor Fusaro joins the U.S. Navy.

1949

Professor Fusaro receives a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Minnesota.

1951

Professor Fusaro receives a Bachelor of Science from the University of Minnesota.

1953

Professor Fusaro earns a Doctor of Medicine from the University of Minnesota and begins a medical internship at Minneapolis General Hospital.

1954

Professor Fusaro begins a residency in dermatology at Minneapolis General Hospital.

1957

Professor Fusaro becomes an instructor and eventually an associate professor at the University of Minnesota.

1958

Professor Fusaro earns a Master of Science from the University of Minnesota.

1962

Professor Fusaro takes on the role of director at the University of Minnesota Outpatient Dermatology Clinic.

1965

Professor Fusaro completes his education, receiving a Doctor of Philosophy from the University of Minnesota.

1970

Professor Fusaro becomes a professor and chairman of the Department of Dermatology at the University of Nebraska Medical Center.

1975

Professor Fusaro becomes director of the dermatology residency program at the Creighton/Nebraska Universities Health Foundation. He also becomes professor and chairman of the Department of Dermatology at Creighton University.

1982

Professor Fusaro becomes a professor in the dermatology section of the Department of Internal Medicine at the University of Nebraska Medical Center.

1983

Professor Fusaro becomes a professor in dermatology in the Department of Internal Medicine at the Creighton University School of Medicine.

1984

Professor Fusaro becomes an adjunct professor in the Department of Preventive Medicine & Public Health at the College of Medicine Hereditary Cancer Institute at Creighton University.

1991

Professor Fusaro serves as acting chief of the section on dermatology at the University of Nebraska Medical Center.

2007

Professor Fusaro becomes an adjunct professor in the Department of Pharmacy Sciences at Creighton University College of Pharmacy & Health Professors.
