1955

Earns a Bachelor of Science in atomic/molecular physics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

1957

Is a research scientist at ITT Labs in Nutley, NJ until 1961.

1960

Marries Elizabeth Renwick Whittingham on December 3.

1961

Is associate director of the Space Physics Lab, part of the Dewey Electronics Corporation, in Paramus, NJ until 1972.

1969

Obtains a Doctor of Philosophy in physics from New York University.

1970

Receives a Founder’s Day Award from New York University.

1972

Is a project manager with the Exxon Corporate Research Laboratory in Linden, NJ until 1981.

1981

Is a senior staff advisor of the Exxon Research & Engineering Company in Florham Park, NJ until 1986.

1986

Serves as president of Eisner Consulting in Summit, NJ until 1998.

1987

Receives a Certificate of Achievement from American Men and Women of Science.

1996

Is a board member of the New Jersey Chapter of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology Alumni Club, continuing in the role.
