Born to Roger Arthor and Mary Cecelia (Bergstralh) Larson in Zumbrota, MN.

1975

Is a food service worker at Rochester State Hospital in Minnesota until 1977.

1976

Earns a Bachelor of Science in dietetics and community nutrition from the University of Minnesota.

1978

Becomes a registered dietician through the American Dietetic Association.

1978

Is a consulting dietitian at Lake City Nursing Home and Pine Haven Nursing Home in Minnesota until 1980.

1980

Is a clinical dietitian with Essentia Health Duluth (formerly Miller Dwan Medical Center) until 2019.

1996

Becomes a licensed dietician in the State of Minnesota.

1997

Is a Lester Park United Methodist Church Mission chair until 2007.

2000

Receives the Head of the Lakes District Dietetic Association’s Most Valuable Player Award and earns the honor again in 2010.

2003

Becomes a member of the Altrusa International of Duluth, MN.

2004

Receives the Distinguished Member Award from the Dietitians in Physical Medicine Practice Group.

2007

Receives the Outstanding Member Award from the Dietitians in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Practice Group.

2008

Is the secretary for the Lester Park United Methodist Church Council until 2018.

2010

Receives the Minnesota Dietetic Association Award of Valor.

2012

Becomes an Allied Health Professional staff member of Essentia Health in Duluth, MN.

2016

Is a Lester Park United Methodist Church Staff Parish Council chair until 2018.

2017

Is a director for Altrusa International of Duluth, MN until 2019.

2020

Maintains membership with the Medical Nutrition Practice Group of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics.

2021

Maintains membership with the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics and the Minnesota Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics.
