Earns a Bachelor of Arts from the University of New Hampshire.

1973

Is a commissioned 2nd lieutenant in the US Army.

1975

Is a geologist for the U.S. Department of the Interior in Metairie, LA.

1976

Is a geologist for the U.S. Department of the Interior in Washington, D.C.

1978

Earns a Master of Science from Eastern Washington University.

1983

Is a geologist for the U.S. Department of the Interior in Milwaukee, WI, until 2014.

1985

Becomes a certified petroleum geologist by the American Association of Petroleum Geologists.

1990

Serves in The U.S. Gulf War until 1991.

1994

Writes the short stories “The Plaza,” “95l Pleiades,” “Faces in the Raft” and the play “Art Forum.”

2014

Begins substitute teaching grades kindergarten through 12 and continues to do so.
