Mr. Guy is born in Columbus, Ohio to Ralph Julian and Mary Elizabeth Guy.

Mr. Guy receives a Bachelor of Art from Ohio Wesleyan University.

Mr. Guy joins the U.S. Army.

Mr. Guy receives a Doctor of Jurisprudence from Ohio Northern University and is admitted to practice in the state of Ohio.

Mr. Guy receives a Master of Laws from the University of Michigan and ventures into sole practice in Canton, Ohio.

Mr. Guy becomes an assistant attorney general for the state of Ohio.

Mr. Guy becomes an assistant professor of law at Ohio Northern University College of Law.
