Mr. Guy is born in Columbus, Ohio to Ralph Julian and Mary Elizabeth Guy.

1949

Mr. Guy receives a Bachelor of Art from Ohio Wesleyan University.

1952

Mr. Guy joins the U.S. Army.

1952

Mr. Guy receives a Doctor of Jurisprudence from Ohio Northern University and is admitted to practice in the state of Ohio.

1956

Mr. Guy receives a Master of Laws from the University of Michigan and ventures into sole practice in Canton, Ohio.

1957

Mr. Guy becomes an assistant attorney general for the state of Ohio.

1959

Mr. Guy becomes an assistant professor of law at Ohio Northern University College of Law.

1961

Mr. Guy becomes a congressional fellow in Washington, D.C.

1962

Mr. Guy is promoted to associate professor at Ohio Northern University College of Law.

1965

Mr. Guy is promoted to full professor at Ohio Northern University College of Law.

1967

Mr. Guy becomes a fellow of the Institute of Social Science Methods in Legal Education in Denver, Colorado.
