1958

Mr. Roberts joins the Dallas Fire Department.

1964

Mr. Roberts is promoted to lieutenant in the Dallas Fire Department.

1967

Mr. Roberts is promoted to captain in the Dallas Fire Department.

1968

Mr. Roberts studies at Southern Methodist University.

1968

Mr. Roberts serves as a field engineer for IBM Corporation in Dallas, Texas.

1971

Mr. Roberts becomes division fire chief of the Dallas Fire Department.

1974

Mr. Roberts studies at North Texas State University.

1974

Mr. Roberts graduates from a paramedic course at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical School.

1976

Mr. Roberts co-authors “Anesthesia for Surgery Trauma.”
