Ms. Sweet is born in Cincinnati, Ohio to Robert Houston French and Dorothy May French.

1959

Ms. Sweet receives a Bachelor of Arts in art from Stanford University.

1960

Ms. Sweet receives a Master of Arts in art from Stanford University.

1961

Ms. Sweet marries James Newton Sweet.

1965

Ms. Sweet holds a solo exhibition at Tuomala’s Gallery in Fort Bragg, California.

1967

Ms. Sweet holds solo exhibitions at Vacaville Art League Gallery and Vallejo Art League Gallery.

1979

Ms. Sweet holds a solo exhibition at Meridian Gallery in Albuquerque, New Mexico.

1983
