Dr. Weber is born in West Union, Iowa to Victor Duane and Elaine I. Weber.
1971
Dr. Weber receives a Bachelor of Science in physical education and health and a teaching certificate from Bemidji State University.

Dr. Weber becomes the director of recreation and adult education, assistant basketball coach, and head boys and girls track coach in Cass Lake Public Schools.
1972
Dr. Weber becomes an elementary physical education teacher and an assistant basketball coach in Charleston Public Schools.
1973
Dr. Weber receives a Master of Science in physical education from Eastern Illinois University, where he was a graduate assistant receiver and special teams coach in football.

Dr. Weber becomes an instructor, head track and swimming coach, defensive coordinator, special teams coach, and intramural sports director at Iowa Wesleyan College in Mount Pleasant, Iowa.
1975
Dr. Weber becomes a driver education teacher and head football and track coach at Virden High School in Illinois.
1978
Dr. Weber becomes an assistant professor of health and physical education at Dakota State College in Madison, South Dakota, also serving as head men and women track and offensive coordinator of football.
1981
Dr. Weber is appointed supervisor of special physical education at Lubbock State School in Texas.
1985
Dr. Weber serves as assistant professor in physical education at the UNC Wilmington. He also receives a Doctor of Education in special physical education and administration from the University of Utah.
1987
Dr. Weber becomes an assistant professor in physical education at Eastern Illinois University. He also serves as a youth swimming coach and Charleston pool manager.
1989
Dr. Weber becomes assistant professor and graduate coordinator of the adapted physical education program at Texas Tech University. He also serves as a youth baseball and football coach.
1996
Dr. Weber’s mother passes away, and he becomes coordinator of adapted physical education and biomechanics at Bemidji State University for a fixed term.
1998
Dr. Weber becomes an assistant professor of physical education at Minot State University for a fixed term. He also coaches youth football, hockey, and baseball.
1999
Dr. Weber becomes a physical education and math teacher at Dakota Memorial School for a fixed term.
2000
Dr. Weber becomes an associate professor of physical education at Minnesota State University, Mankato in Minnesota.
2002
Dr. Weber becomes associate professor and coordinator of adapted physical education at the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh.
2007
Dr. Weber is appointed chair of the division of HPER and associate professor at The University of South Dakota.
2009
Dr. Weber accepts a professorship in the Department of Kinesiology and Health at the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh. He also serves as a graduate program director and a coordinator of adapted physical education programs.
2011
Dr. Weber retires from full-time teaching and continues conducting online graduate courses in adapted physical education until 2014.
