Born to Grigory Stepanovich Aleinikov and Nina Ivanovna Aleinikova in Sverdlovsk, Russia.

1972

Earns a Bachelor of Arts and a Master of Education from Volgograd State Pedagogical University in Russia.

1973

Serves in the Russian Army as a colonel until 1993.

1975

Teaches high school German language; Receives four Excellence in Service Medals from the Russian Ministry of Defense through 1992.

1983

Obtains a Doctor of Philosophy in linguistics from Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University in Georgia.

1984

Is an assistant and associate professor at the Military University until 1992.

1989

Is a lecturer in education at the Russian Academy of Sciences Center for Creative Research until 1992.

1990

Works as an interpreter with the Indian Navy and Russian Army through 1991.

1992

Is an international fellow at the U.S. Air Force Air War College through 1993; Earns a Doctor of Science from the Military University.

1994

Teaches as an adjunct instructor at Auburn University until 1999 and Troy University until 2006, later earning two Excellence Awards.

1995

Becomes president of the International Academy of Genius and continues in the role.
