Earns a Bachelor of Arts in recreational administration from San Diego State University.

Becomes a member of Labor Union Local 685.

Is a probation officer for the Department of Los Angeles County until 2006.

1982

Achieves a Master of Arts in correctional counseling from Chapman University.

2010

Becomes a life member of the Alumni of San Diego State University.

2011

Serves as president and a board member of the R.D. Ford Foundation and continues in the roles.

Becomes a member of the Porsche Club of America.

The archives and papers of his grandfather, a Philippine Constabulary, are accepted to the Special Collections Division of the University of Oregon’s Knight Library.
