Born in Kinston, North Carolina to William Devereaux Cobb and Nora Cathleen Davenport.

1963

Receives a Bachelor of Science in business and English education from East Carolina University.

1965

Serves as a school teacher and counselor in California, Connecticut, and Arkansas for 29 years.

1971

Receives a Master of Science in counseling and education from East Carolina University.

1975

Becomes owner and instructor of Grady Studies in Fairfax, Virginia.

1990

Becomes founder and director of the Virginia Prayer Network in Fairfax, Virginia.

1990

Begins work as an international speaker and biblical counselor.

1991

Becomes a prayer coordinator for Well Builders in Aledo, Texas.

2000

Receives a Doctor of Theology from the Wagner Leadership Institute in Colorado Springs, Colorado.

2000

Becomes an instructor at The Citadel.

2002

Becomes founder and director of The Master’s Keys in Fairfax, Virginia.
