1966

Dr. Schneider receives a Bachelor of Science from Oklahoma State University.

1968

Dr. Schneider receives a Master of Science from Oklahoma State University.

1974

Dr. Schneider receives a Doctor of Philosophy from Indiana University and becomes an assistant professor at the University of Oregon.

1976

Dr. Schneider is appointed president of the Institute of Policy Analysis in Eugene, Oregon.

1983

Dr. Schneider becomes vice president of the American Justice Institute and director of the Center for Assessment of the Juvenile Justice Center in Sacramento, California.

1984

Dr. Schneider becomes a senior research scientist at the Pacific Institute for Research and Evaluation in Bethesda, Maryland.

1985

Dr. Schneider receives the Julia Lathrop Award from the American Criminal Justice Association.

1986

Dr. Schneider is appointed director of the Justice Division at the Pacific Institute for Research and Evaluation.

Dr. Schneider is appointed president of the Institute of Policy Analysis in McLean, Virginia.
