Dr. Duffey receives a Bachelor of Arts from San Jose State University.

1968

Dr. Duffey studies postgraduate courses at the University of California.

1974

Dr. Duffey receives a Doctor of Philosophy from the University of Michigan.

1974

Dr. Duffey becomes an assistant professor of research at the University of Michigan Medical School.

1976

Dr. Duffey becomes an assistant professor of microbiology at the University of Texas Health Science Center.

1981

Dr. Duffey becomes a research scientist for the California Department of Health Care Services in Berkeley, California.
