1943

Mr. Voss is born in Chicago, Illinois to Paul Joseph and Irene Esther Voss.

1969

Mr. Voss receives a Bachelor of Science from Syracuse University.

1969

Mr. Voss begins as an associate physicist and eventually becomes a senior physicist at the Johns Hopkins University Applied Physics Laboratory.

1972

Mr. Voss receives a Master of Science from Johns Hopkins University.

1974

Mr. Voss conducts operational evaluation of the experimental vessel traffic system for the Coast Guard in San Francisco Bay.

1976

Mr. Voss leads the development of six degree of freedom standard missile simulations at the Johns Hopkins University Applied Physics Laboratory.

1983

Mr. Voss becomes a facility manager of the Guidance System Evaluation Laboratory (GSEL) at the Johns Hopkins University Applied Physics Laboratory.

1984

Mr. Voss serves on the Standard Missile Simulation Accreditation Review Panel (SARP).

1987

Ms. Voss is appointed chairman of the AEGIS Scenario Certification Committee.
