Mr. McManus receives a Bachelor of Arts in economics from the University of Notre Dame.

Mr. McManus receives a Doctor of Jurisprudence from Georgetown University.

Mr. McManus serves in the U.S. Army for two years.

Mr. McManus becomes an associate at Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft in New York, New York.

Mr. McManus becomes special assistant to the secretary of the U.S. Department Commerce in Washington, D.C.

Mr. McManus becomes serves as corporate counsel for Pfizer, Inc.

Mr. McManus is appointed president, chief executive officer and board director of New York Bancorp, Inc.

Mr. McManus becomes president and chief executive officer of Home Federal Savings Bank (a subsidiary of New York Bancorp, Inc.).

Mr. McManus becomes president and chief executive officer of Misonix in Farmingdale, New York.
