Mr. Franks receives a Doctor of Jurisprudence from the University of Tennessee Law School.

Mr. Franks becomes a claims attorney for U.S. Fidelity & Guaranty Co. in Knoxville, Tennessee.

1959

Mr. Franks is admitted to practice law in the state of Tennessee.

Mr. Franks becomes a partner at Harris, Moon, Meacham & Franks in Chattanooga, Tennessee.

1968

Mr. Franks is admitted to practice law before the U.S. Supreme Court.

Mr. Franks receives a Merit Award from the Tennessee Bar Association.
