Becomes the music and youth director of the Red Star Baptist Church in Cape Girardeau, Missouri.

Becomes an announcer and news director of KPBM-FM in Poplar Bluff, Missouri.

Becomes an elementary music teacher at Doniphan Elementary School in Missouri.

Becomes a private guitar teacher at Three Rivers Community College in Poplar Bluff, Missouri.
