Teaches middle school mathematics at Cathedral Carmel School and the Lafayette Parish School Board through 2020.

1989

Earns a Master of Education from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette.

1997

Is a presenter of workshops and in-services at the Lafayette Parish School Board and continues to do so.

1999

Is the lead teacher of middle school mathematics at Lafayette Parish School Board through 2013.

1999

Is an adjunct instructor at South Louisiana Community College through 2004.

2000

Is named Teacher of the Year by the Lafayette Parish School System.

2002

Writes “An Evaluation of the Connected Math Project” for the Journal of Educational Research.

2006

Is a candidate support provider for the National Board Certification through 2015.

2008

Retires as Evangelical Parish Louisiana Lasip liaison and participant within University of Louisiana L. Lafayette Parish School Systems.

2010

Earns a Doctor of Education in educational leadership from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette.

Serves as an educational consultant within the Evangeline Parish and is an adjunct instructor at the University of Louisiana.

Is a guest speaker for the Women’s Radio Network.
