1965

Joins the United States Army, serving in field artillery in Vietnam until 1967.

1971

Serves as recording secretary of the Methuen Historical Committee until 1973.

1973

Serves as recording secretary of the Methuen Historical Commission until 1976.

1974

Earns an associate degree in liberal arts and history from Northern Essex Community College.

1974

Is a local veterans employment representative for the Department of Employment and Training with the Commonwealth of Massachusetts until 2002.

1995

Is honored as Local Veteran’s Employment Representative of the Year by the America Legion and again in 1998.

2002

Commences his retirement.

2002

Serves as chairman of the Methuen Historical Commission until 2016.

2002

Serves as a board member of the Methuen Historical Society through today, having previously been president and vice president.
