1985

Earns an Associate’s degree in nursing from Amarillo College in Amarillo, TX.

1985

Becomes a registered nurse.

1985

Is the director of nursing at the Good Samaritan Society in Kelliher, MN.

1986

Conducts coursework in nursing at Bemidji State University in Minnesota.

1988

Is a staff nurse with the U.S. Public Health Service Redlake Hospital in Minnesota until 2003.

1990

Becomes the owner of Woodland Haven (Adult Assisted Living) and continues in the role.

1994

Publishes “Fresh Tracks.”

2003

Commences her retirement from the Indian Health Service.

2009

Opens business for foot care, “#1 Footmobile” and continues to practice as an RN.

2020

Publishes “A Piece of Me.”

2021

Continues to enjoy her hobbies of art, embroidery, writing and playing with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
