1961

Serves as a lieutenant commander in the U.S. Navy until 1988.

1966

Earns a Bachelor of Science in naval science from the United States Naval Academy; Receives a National Defense Service Medal.

1971

Achieves a Master of Science in aeronautical systems from the University of West Florida.

1974

Receives a Sea Service Ribbon and again in 1975, 1979 and 1980.

1983

Receives a Joint Service Commendation Medal.

1986

Attains a master’s equivalent in curriculum instructional management from the Naval Air Technical Training Center.

1988

Retires from the U.S. Navy; Receives a Navy Commendation Medal.

2008

Is a maintenance technician at the Harbor Hotel until 2010.

2018

Becomes a 4th Degree Knight of Columbus.

2021

Serves as faithful captain of the Knights of Columbus Assembly through today.

2022

Serves as faithful navigator of the James E. Kearney Assembly 0723 in Rochester, NY.

2022

Maintains membership with the American Legion and the Benevolent and Protective Order of Elks.
