Mr. McCaskill is born in North Venice, Illinois to Wilson McCaskill and Rose Mae King McCaskill-Parnell.

1958

Mr. McCaskill receives a Bachelor of Arts in sociology with a minor in mathematics and education from Huston-Tillotson College in Austin, Texas.

1962

Mr. McCaskill receives a grant from the National Science Foundation to Prairie View A&M University.

1965

Mr. McCaskill receives a grant from the National Science Foundation to St. Louis University.

1965

Mr. McCaskill joins the National Council of Teachers of Mathematics.

1966

Mr. McCaskill receives a grant from the National Science Foundation to Purdue University.

1967

Mr. McCaskill receives a grant from the National Science Foundation to Southern Illinois University-Edwardsville.

1973

Mr. McCaskill receives a Master of Science from Southern Illinois University-Edwardsville.

1975

Mr. McCaskill becomes Team Leader for Teacher Corps Cycle 10 S.I.U-E at the University of Virginia.

Mr. McCaskill becomes a member of the Edwardsville Zoning Board of Appeals.

Mr. McCaskill becomes assistant state coordinator for driver safety for the State of Illinois at AARP.

Dr. McCaskill receives a Doctor of Philosophy from Madison University.
