Mr. Terry marries Juliann “Julie” DiRe Terry.

Mr. Terry receives a Doctor of Jurisprudence from the University of Colorado.

Mr. Terry is admitted to practice in the state of Colorado and in the U.S. District Court of Colorado. He also becomes an associate at McMartin & Burk in Englewood, Colorado.

Mr. Terry receives a Master of Laws in taxation from the University of Denver.

Mr. Terry practices tax, securities, and corporate finance law, serves as vice president, a member of the board of directors, a shareholder, and holds a number of positions at Hopper and Kanouff Professional Corporation in Denver, Colorado.
