Born in East Cleveland, OH on July 17.

1952

Enters Eastern Nazarene College in Wollaston, MA.

1954

Marries Elsie Louise Meyer on June 5.

1954

Enters the U.S. Navy as a personnel man, chaplain’s assistant, career counselor and recruiter.

1963

Becomes the father of a son, Reed Wesley Mosgrove.

1975

Is a pastor, author and musician at the Church of the Nazarene Inc. until 2000.

1977

Earns a Bachelor of Arts in independent studies and music from Columbia College.

1980

Retires from the U.S. Navy as Senior Chief Petty Officer (E-8) on September 30.

1982

Obtains an Honorary Doctor of Divinity from the United Bible College and Seminary.

1982

Is honored as Bi-Vocational Pastor of the Year by the Church of the Nazarene, Central Florida District.

1990

Retires as purchasing manager of the City of St. Petersburg, FL.

1996

Retires from the Veteran’s Administration as a realty specialist.

2000

Is an organist and choir director at the MacDill Air Force Base Chapel in Tampa, FL until 2013.

2015

Becomes widowed at the death of Reverend Elsie Louise (Meyer) Mosgrove on April 10.

2018

Publishes “Saying Thanks and Beyond: Is Saying Thank You Enough” through PageTurner Press and Media.

2018

Receives the Pinnacle Book Achievement Award for Best Inspirational Book.

2019

Returns to pastoral assignment with the Church of the Nazarene Inc. in St. Petersburg, FL and continues in the role today.
