1967

Serves within the US Navy as a quartermaster, second class, and deep-sea diver through 1971.

1973

Graduate from New York University, cum laude, with a Bachelor of Arts in economics and receives the Founder’s Day Award.

1976

Earns a Juris Doctor from the Gould School of Law within the University of Southern California and is admitted to The State Bar of California.

1976

Is eligible to practice law by the U.S. District Court of Los Angeles and by the U.S. District Court of San Diego in 1977.

1981

Is eligible to practice law within the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 9th Circuit.

1993

Is eligible to practice law by the U.S. District Court of Las Vegas; is also admitted to practice law by the State Bar of Nevada through 2014.

1996

Is eligible to practice law within the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 3rd Circuit and later for the 7th Circuit in 1999.

1998

Is named among Who’s Who in Executives and Professionals through 1999.

1998

Is admitted to practice law by the U.S. Supreme Court and the U.S. District Court of San Francisco.

2000

Presents as a lecturer and panelist within the American Conference Institute in San Francisco and speaks again in 2017.

Is included within the Martindale-Hubbell Bar Register of Preeminent Lawyers.

Is in-house counsel and general counsel at Plaza Home Mortgage, Inc., in San Diego, CA. and continues to do so.
