Dr. Pan receives a Bachelor of Science in biology from Yale University.

Dr. Pan becomes a research assistant at Carlsberg Laboratorium in Copenhagen, Denmark.

1986

Dr. Pan receives a Doctor of Philosophy in biology from the University of California San Diego.

1986

Dr. Pan becomes a postdoctoral fellow of pharmacology at Stanford University School of Medicine in Palo Alto, California.

1991

Dr. Pan becomes staff scientist and director of the Molecular Biology Core Facility at the Hospital for Special Surgery in New York, New York.
