Mr. Andersen is born in Manchester, Connecticut to Alfred Hans and Dorothy Emily Andersen.

1959

Mr. Andersen studies courses at Phillips Exeter Academy in Exeter, New Hampshire.

1963

Mr. Andersen receives a Bachelor of Arts from Wesleyan University and becomes an actuarial student at The Travelers Indemnity Company in Hartford, Connecticut.

1963

Mr. Andersen marries Karen Ann Kirchofer.

1966

Mr. Andersen serves with the United States Public Health Service.

1968

Mr. Andersen becomes a security analyst at Smith Barney and Co. in New York, New York.

1969

Mr. Andersen becomes a partner at Rudman Associates in New York, New York.

1972

Mr. Andersen becomes a partner and analyst at Cumberland Associates LLC in New York, New York.

1976

Mr. Andersen is certified as a Chartered Financial Analyst.

1982

Mr. Andersen becomes a managing partner of Cumberland Associates LLC in New York, New York.
