Mr. Pieski is born in Blakely, Pennsylvania to John and Jean Pieski.

1952

Mr. Pieski authors “Subnormal Mentality as a Defense in the Criminal Law.”

1956

Mr. Pieski studies courses at American University.

1957

Mr. Pieski studies courses at the University of Scranton.

1958

Mr. Pieski graduates magna cum laude from Lehigh University with a Bachelor of Arts.

1958

Mr. Pieski becomes an assistant instructor of government and constitutional law at Lehigh University.

1960

Mr. Pieski is elected secretary of the student body at the New York University School of Law.

1961

Mr. Pieski receives a Doctor of Jurisprudence from New York University.

1961

Mr. Pieski becomes a research associate in unit law and psychiatry at Temple University.

Mr. Pieski co-authors the first edition of the “Annual Survey of American Law, Criminal Law.”

1962

Mr. Pieski is admitted to practice in the state of Pennsylvania, in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, and in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District.

Mr. Pieski becomes a solicitor in the Dickson City borough of Pennsylvania.

Mr. Pieski becomes an assistant solicitor in Lackwanna County of Scranton, Pennsylvania.

Mr. Pieski co-authors “American Constitutional Law.”

Mr. Pieski marries Sharon Harris.

Mr. Pieski co-authors “Crime Law and the Scholars.”

1970

Mr. Pieski becomes a district justice on the Citizens Advisory Council for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Magisterial District in Scranton, Pennsylvania.

1971

Mr. Pieski serves as consumer counsel for the Pennsylvania Department of Agriculture.
