Earns a Master of Arts in psychology from Towson State University.

Earns a Doctor of Philosophy in psychology from Kansas State University.

Marries Sylvia F. Kollasch on April 18.

Co-authors with Pam Baxter the first edition of “Library Use: Handbook for Psychology.”

Receives a Certificate in Business from New York University.

Begins working with Xerox Corporation and holds numerous managerial roles through 1998.
