Ms. Weston is born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania to Robert Henry and Mildred Viola Colmer.

1966

Ms. Weston receives a Bachelor of Arts in history from the University of Michigan.

1966

Ms. Weston becomes a library clerk and education librarian at the University of Michigan.

1969

Ms. Weston receives a Master of Science from Wayne State University.

1969

Ms. Weston becomes a reference librarian at John Tyler Community College, and a branch librarian at Chester Public Library in Chester, Virginia.

1970

Ms. Weston becomes a librarian for General Equipment Test Activity in Fort Lee, Virginia.

1971

Ms. Weston becomes a reference librarian in the Technical Library at Aberdeen Proving Ground in Maryland.

1972

Ms. Weston becomes chief librarian at the Army Ordnance Center and School at Aberdeen Proving Ground.

1975

Ms. Weston studies postgraduate courses at the Catholic University of America.
