Mr. Robinson receives a Master of Public Administration in human resources management from Golden Gate University in San Francisco, California.

Mr. Robinson becomes a supervising caseworker at St. John’s School in Whitewater, California.

1986

Mr. Robinson becomes a supervising officer at the San Bernardino County Probation Department in San Bernardino, California.

1996

Mr. Robinson is appointed director of the Student Assistant Program at San Bernardino Valley College.

1998

Mr. Robinson is appointed chair and becomes a grievance representative for the California Association for Alcohol/Drug Educators.
