Is a senior consultant for Arthur Young, now Ernst & Young, Management Consulting Practice.

1976

Manages system development at International Paper Company.

1978

Obtains a Master of Business Administration in executive management from Pace University.

1978

Achieves a certificate from the Harvard Business School Executive Education Program.

1978

Serves as chairman of the North Bergen Planning Board.

1980

Becomes director of management information systems for Merrill Lynch & Company.

1983

Becomes president and chief operating officer of Peters, Mayo & Company.

1984

Manages the Information, Services and Systems Division of SRI International, formerly the Stanford Research Institute.

1986

Founds and is chairman of H.D. Mayo & Associates.

2000

Is the director of organizational development for the Passaic Valley Sewerage Commissioner’s Office until 2015.
