Graduates as valedictorian from Rigby High School in Rigby, ID.

1985

Earns a Bachelor of Arts from Brigham Young University in Provo, UT.

1985

Teaches English at Springville High School in Utah until 1992.

1992

Teaches English at Rigby High School in Idaho and currently maintains this role.

2001

Is named Teacher of the Year at Rigby High School and achieves this honor again in 2003.

2001

Becomes a Nationally Board Certified Educator and receives a plaque for this honor.

2003

Is the recipient of the Service in Teacher Preparation Award from the University of Idaho.

2004

Earns a Master of Arts from Western Governors University in Salt Lake City.

2009

Is on the Idaho State Department of the Education Professional Standards Commission until 2015.
