Mr. Thoms receives a Bachelor of Arts from Kalamazoo College.

Mr. Thoms becomes a city planner for the city of Detroit, Michigan.

Mr. Thoms marries Susan Rebecca Stuckey.

Mr. Thoms receives a master’s degree in urban planning from Wayne State University.

Mr. Thoms becomes an adjunct associate professor at Madonna University.

Mr. Thoms is admitted to practice in the state of New York.
