Mr. Leciston receives a Bachelor of Science in computer science from Seton Hall University.

Mr. Leciston joins the U.S. Army rising in the ranks to first lieutenant.

Mr. Leciston becomes a member of the Association of Computing Machinery.

Mr. Leciston receives the Secretary of the Army Award for Outstanding Achievement in Material Acquisition.

Mr. Leciston becomes a computer engineer at the Software Engineering Center of the U.S. Army in Fort Monmouth, New Jersey.

Mr. Leciston is appointed program executive officer of intelligence and electronic ware and sensors for the U.S. Army.
