Born to Otto H. and Charlotte M. in Nashville, Tennessee.

1967

Earns a Bachelor of Arts from the University of North Texas in Denton, Texas.

1974

Earns a Master of Library Science from the University of North Texas.

1976

Performs with the Philharmonic Symphony for six years and joins them again in 2006 and 2008.

1983

Works as the assistant director of technical services at Cameron University.

1988

Works as the assistant director of public services at Cameron University.

1988

Becomes the chairperson of the Oklahoma Chapter of the Association of College and Research Libraries.

1990

Becomes the assistant director of library services at Cameron University.

1992

Earns a Master of Science from Cameron University in Lawton, Oklahoma.

1993

Receives the Outstanding Service Award from the Oklahoma Chapter of the Association of College and Research Libraries.

1997

Serves as the chairperson of the Faculty Council at Cameron University.

2002

Advanced in rank to associate professor at Cameron University.
