Earns a Master of Arts in Spanish literature and linguistics from the University at Albany.

1992

Graduates from Albany Law School with a Doctor of Jurisprudence.

1993

Is admitted to practice by the New York State Bar.

1995

Operates the Law Offices of Tatiana Durbak, a solo law practice, until 2001.

2001

Serves as managing attorney of the immigration program for Lutheran Social Ministries of New Jersey until 2005.

2006

Works as the managing attorney for La Casita until 2010.

Becomes the managing attorney for the Christ Church Community Center’s Episcopal Immigration services until 2013.
